This page is for the Family Historian or Genealogist who wants a distinctive Internet Web Name (a personal URL) with the web designed and hosted by EPG.

If you do not have a unique Internet Domain Name the EPG can do the searching for you, however you can save some money by doing that part yourself. The purpose of this questionnaire is to facilitate the provision by you of sufficient information to allow EPG designers to create a draft stage family historian web site. It is important that you answer every question, even if the answer is "no".

If you want EPG to try and obtain your unique Internet Name then please be aware that once you confirm that you wish to proceed, you will need to respond to our designer very quickly. If you prefer to minimise the risk you should register your name personally.
