This enquiry form is for when you do not  have some existing free web space from your Internet Service Provider (ISP), but you do want a Family History Web Site, and you want to have your own site "hosted" by EPG .

Hosting by EPG means that from the information that you provide, EPG will design and build the Family Historian Web Site for you, then create a unique web site for you on our server.

So for instance if you want your web site to be called "Presario", then your web address would be www.famhist.net/presario/ or if you prefer a UK address, then it would be www.fhweb.co.uk/presario/

As you can see, the last part of the address (the URL) is your personal choice, though it is better to have a short recognisable word or name.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to facilitate the provision by you of sufficient information to allow EPG designers to create a draft stage family historian web site. It is important that you answer every question, even if the answer is "no".
